Huge energy boosts out of the turn from the beefy tail. The turn radius is perfect for explosive turns and still lets you ski down the fall line. The modern version of the carving ski is wide enough to handle the variable snow, fun all day. The full bamboo core acts like organic metal. It’s so much harder than the normal poplar or aspen it has that precise solid feel found in metal race skis but is more versatile, it conforms to terrain better than metal. The Kevlar layer boosts the rebound, energy and toughness.
