Vanessa Pierce, Communications Director/Team Manager
Vanessa Pierce is a writer/editor, an athlete, and an advocate of women getting outside and playing sports.
She has 10 years of snowsports journalism experience as staff writer/editor/freelancer for publications such as Ski Racing magazine, Aspen Daily News, Skiing, Powder, Outside, The Seattle Times, The Washington Times, among many others.
Vanessa came to RAMP from PM Digital where she was the social media content administrator and responsible for social strategy, implementation, and management of a number of brands with Facebook fans numbering 125,000.
She also co-founded, SheJumps, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that strives to increase female participation in outdoor activities by building upon a supportive community that inspires its members to reach their highest potential. RAMP is a proud partner.
When she isn't skiing, Vanessa is working on finishing her flight requirements for her commercial pilot's license, and will be RAMP's in-house pilot when the boss gives the go-ahead.
