RAMP

RAMP (Riders Artists Musicians Project) is a new ski and snowboard company that brings expert, handmade gear to skiers and snowboarders at factory direct prices.  Our athletes have won XGames, Grand Prix, and Dew Tour medals on our gear in our first year, and our skis have already received an Editor's Pick in the Freeskier Magazine Buyers Guide.  The old rules for buying skis and snowboards are gone.  We invite you to interact with us personally, buy from us directly and represent us in your community.  We are innovative in our efforts to be environmentally and socially responsible and will always over-deliver on service and value.  

Pick out the gear that's best for you, and we'll deliver it to your front door in a free padded RAMP ski or snowboard bag eliminating thousands of boxes.  We take old skis and snowboards out of landfills by offering a $50 buyback on any old equipment towards a purchase.  We make this old product useful by turning it into furniture or donating it to youth programs.  We buy 300 pounds of Native Energy carbon offsets with every ski and snowboard we sell.  We are building our brand from the ground up with best practices guiding our core values.

Product Line

Our award winning 11-12 Ski Line includes twelve models for Adults and Kids.  All our skis are made with vertically laminated poplar wood cores and are hand made using the best available laminates, bases, sidewalls and top materials.  We created a very complete offering of skis that includes everything from 115mm Big Mountain skis to Front Side Expert high speed carving skis.  One of the most exciting aspects about starting RAMP is we could work with a clean slate designing product.  We weren’t working around things we already had like other companies.  All our molds and shapes are modern and the line has a logical progression and flow using the perfect blend of rocker, reverse sidecut and traditional cambers to achieve skis with a perfect balance.

Our XGames Medal winning Snowboard line includes 10 models for adults and kids.  The snowboards are all made using vertically laminated wood cores and are hand made using the best available laminates, bases, sidewalls and top materials.  As with skis, being able to start from scratch allowed us to build a complete line that uses the best shapes, cambers, rocker types and performance levels.  RAMP Snowboards are universally high fived at our demo days.  Using our top riders like Ross Powers to develop specific flexes and characteristics has created a line of boards the top expert riders really love.

Unisex and Womens Products

At RAMP we enhance performance and usability for the size and strength of each rider by developing specific flexes and characteristics for each size ski and board. 

The old model for creating women-specific skis and snowboards was tweaking men’s equipment with features like more forward ramp angles and binding positions. In reality these features are for skiers with less athletic ability and skill. At RAMP, we’re breaking the mold by creating skis and boards designed to fit your ability and size. Women who are athletic and strong want the same high-performance equipment men want. That being said, RAMP delivers unmatched women-specific models. A girl needs to be able to express herself!
