HANDMADE SKIS & SNOWBOARDS AT FACTORY DIRECT PRICES
HANDMADE SKIS & SNOWBOARDS AT FACTORY DIRECT PRICES
Your new ride’s not quite what you were looking for? No worries. Send your new-never-used skis or snowboard back to us for a refund. Here’s how it works:
1. Create a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for the item you want to return.
2. When you create the RGA, you have an option to print a pre-paid FedEx return label. This option is available only for US customers and is not valid for items that ship freight.* This option costs $12, which will be deducted from the refund on the item you’re returning.
3. Write the RGA number on the back of your sales receipt in the Returns section. If you don’t have your receipt, write the RGA on a piece of paper.
4. Package your return, enclosing the sales receipt with RGA number on it.
5. Stick the FedEx label on the package and drop it off at a FedEx pick-up location.
It takes about 3-5 days for us to process your return once it hits our warehouse. At that time, we’ll refund the credit card you used to purchase your product and send you an email confirmation.
* If you’re paying for shipping on your own, write the RGA number on the outside of your package as well as on the sales receipt and send it to us. We’ll email you when we receive it and issue a full refund.
Love It or Leave It Guarantee
We want you to LOVE your new ski or snowboard. If you are not loving your new ride after using it for up to 3 days, return your skis or snowboard to us and we will replace it with a new RAMP ski or board of your choice. RAMP will provide free shipping back to us and then back to you.
Here’s how it works:
1. Create a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for the item you want to exchange.
2. Write the RGA number on the back of your sales receipt in the Exchange section. Tell us which ski or snowboard you want in exchange.
3. Be sure to label the outside of the box with your RGA number.
4. Package your ski or snowboard, enclosing the sales receipt with the RGA on it.
5. Stick the label created by the RGA on the box and drop it off at a FedEx pick-up location.
It takes about 3-5 days for us to process your exchange once it hits our warehouse. We’ll send you an email confirmation when we get your new product out the door and on its way to you.
Ski & Snowboard Warranty
RAMP warrants its skis and snowboards to be free of manufacturing defects for one year commencing 10 days after they are shipped from our warehouse.
What is covered: Structural cracks on the topsheet, base, core, edges and sidewalls due to manufacturing defects.
What is not covered: Any damage caused by impact, abuse or neglect. To be clear, this includes but is not limited to rock damage, rail damage or damage derived from travel, such as baggage handling issues. Cosmetic issues, such as small topsheet chips, edge oxidation or general wear and tear, would not be considered defects. Issues in the topsheet or base resulting from improper binding installation would not be considered defects.
Double your warranty: When you buy a RAMP Ski or Snowboard, buy a binding with it when you order and your warranty doubles from 1 year to 2 years.
Sales Tax
Whether you pay tax on your purchase is based on where your package is shipped and where you live. Here are the rules:
All orders shipped to Utah addresses will be charged sales tax.
If you live in Colorado, your RAMP purchase may require you to file a sales or use tax return and pay the appropriate fee directly to the State of Colorado. This tax may depend on the type of product you purchased and your taxpayer status. Please consult a tax professional or the Colorado Department of Revenue for more information.
Customers shipped orders to other states don’t need to pay sales taxes to RAMP, but be aware that your individual state may require you to pay “Use” taxes for sales over the Internet.
