It includes a Kevlar veil—adding energy to the FSC certified bamboo core—and designed with an early rise and reverse sidecut in the tip for floating in pow, and strong tail for stability in windblown crud. Our specially designed Razor Cut sidecut provides strong edge grip—straighter where you need cutting power and curved in the right spots for turning. The Peacepipe, undoubtedly, will give you the confidence to chase your favorite athlete down an AK spine.
Don’t skimp on safety. You want a binding that will keep you connected during steep descents and will release smoothly when your landing doesn’t pan out as planned. The Tyrolia Peak 15 is that reliable cliff-hucking binding. Ensure exact boot centering and reduced toe friction with the Roller Pincer System and the Continuous Teflon band along toe riser. The 180-degree release function provides added performance and reduced knee and ligament torque. This binding has the added safety functions that an aspiring extreme skier just can’t do without.
