RAMP guarantees you will LOVE your new ski or snowboard. If you are not loving your new ride after using it for up to 3 days, return your skis or snowboard to us and we will replace* it with a new RAMP ski or board of your choice. If there is a difference in price of the items, that will need to be paid by the customer or RAMP will partially refund if the new product is less expensive.
*This does not cover custom orders (excluded items: custom graphic orders, MLB, NFL, or NCAA items).
RAMP will provide you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label. Since we ship your skis or snowboard in a durable padded bag it's easy to just put them back in the bag, attach the label and ship! Hassle free.
Hassle-Free Exchange Instructions:
- Call our Customer Service 1-888-406-0567 to create a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for the item you want to exchange.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Rep which product you would like to return.
- We will email you a prepaid FedEx label.*
- Pack your skis or board back in the RAMP Sports bag, and go to your nearest FedEx to ship.
Upon us receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will ship out your choice new ski or snowboard.
Note: It takes about 3-5 business days for us to process your exchange once it hits our warehouse. We’ll send you an email confirmation when we get your new product out the door and on its way to you.
*You will need to provide your own means of shipping if the product was not purchased at our Direct Price, i.e. pro purchase, special promotion, etc.
