Huge energy boosts out of the turn from the beefy tail. The turn radius is perfect for explosive turns and still lets you ski down the fall line. The modern version of the carving ski is wide enough to handle the variable snow—fun all day. The full bamboo core acts like organic metal. It’s so much harder than the industry standard Poplar or Aspen cores. It has that precise solid feel found in metal race skis but is more versatile; it conforms to terrain better than metal. The full Kevlar layer boosts the rebound, energy, and all-around toughness.

Just demoed a pair and they were a lot of fun! I'm a 4 year ski instructor who skis every day on a lot of different skis. These were super carvey when you got them on edge but also can be smeared around in the bumps. I haven't found a speed yet where these were shakey or wobbly. As a bonus they are extremely light weight but solid as can be! I bought a pair the second i dropped off the demo pair. A+++Posted on 3/9/15
